    Sebino Group: New Key Acquisitions

    Sebino Group continues to strengthen its position in the fire protection systems sector by finalizing the acquisition of two key companies: DBM S.r.l. from Legnano (MI) and IDROTECH S.r.l. from Camugnano (BO)

    For over 40 years, DBM has been a benchmark in the design of underground piping made of plastic technopolymers and in the construction of special components in high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

    IDROTECH is distinguished by its extensive experience in the installation of HDPE distribution circuits for fire protection technology. Underground distribution piping are a critical component of automatic fire suppression systems. In particular, HDPE networks offer greater durability over time, replacing traditional painted metal with a non-corrosive plastic alternative. This strategic move reaffirms the Group’s commitment to fortifying its leadership position at the national level and to presenting itself to all clients as a unique, reliable, and innovative partner for comprehensive safety solutions.
